Are you attempting to create a Thinkware account with a personal email domain or the common ones (Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.)?
Can you please visit thinkware.com/member/signin, log into your account with your credentials, and re-send your confirmation email.
If that doesn't work, you may need to create an account using an email with a common domain.
