If you are having issues pairing with an android phone with 9.0 software, Thinkware is aware of this issue and has a fix coming out in 2-3 weeks. It will be an app update to correct this issue

note-iPhone has no issues  

You can try in the meantime to pair the android by putting it on airplane mode, go to setting called smart network, switch to disable, then try pairing, but if no success then you will need to wait for the update .

For the beeping noise I believe its called continuous incident recording sensitivity , set that to low , that will be found in the record setting section , that will help with the issue with the beeping
