Customer inquiring about the ''Charge Card''.  It is needed to limit the amount of current when initially charging this hybrid capacitor. It seemed that it was not included.  It turned out it was hidden within the product protective foam.  Rockford slits the foam and inserts it in.

If this Charge card is really not present you can use a regular bulb test light in series with the positive of the capacitor.  This will take around2-3 min.
