Please review the attached AIM-10 technical bulletin regarding serial number identification and iDatalink Maestro integration.

This bulletin is intended to notify customers that discrepancies exist between the serial numbers displayed within the AIM-10 User Interface and the serial numbers shown on the external product labels.

Because of this:

• External labels should be used for inventory and packaging identification purposes only
• The Internal UI serial number located within Device Settings must be used for Maestro Weblink flashing and configuration

Using an external label during Maestro setup may prevent the software from properly recognizing the unit.

AIM10A0101260200001 – AIM10A0101260200200
